The Department of International Relations and Cooperation together with Rhodes University, will host a public lecture under the theme: Fostering Democracy and Development through International Cooperation. The engagement is expected to reflect on how the department is implementing South Africa’s foreign policy objectives to realise domestic priorities through international cooperation.
