Deputy Minister Jeffery to deliver keynote address at the International Arbitration Conference of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery, will deliver a keynote address at an international conference of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Rosebank, Gauteng on Wednesday, 19 July 2017.
Arbitration is a legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts. The conference seeks to identify arbitration challenges and develop solutions to improve the understanding and utilisation of arbitration systems.
