Deputy Minister of Basic Education Mr Enver Surty will on Tuesday, 19 January 2016 visit three schools in Nkangala, Mpumalanga as part of the Departments #backtoschool oversight and monitoring visits.
The Department of Basic Education assesses readiness of schools in the beginning of every school year in order to advance any form of assistance early on in the year. The visits will also focus on amongst other aspects adherence to teaching and learning from the 1st day of school as well as meeting with school management teams to assess challenges and entrench the Departments school improvement programs.

- Hlomani Secondary School
- Sinetjhudu Primary School
