The Department of Local Government and Human Settlements in Bokone Bophirima through the Provincial Disaster Management Centre (PDMC) cordially invites journalists/media houses to be part of the earthquake awareness roll-out programme that will take place on the 22nd April 2016.
The purpose of the roll-out programme is to ensure the effective implementation of earthquake awareness campaign in empowering the communities/students on how to respond to earthquakes as well dolomitic sinkholes disasters in Matlosana Local Municipality.
Kindly take note that the briefing session prior to the actual awareness campaign implementation where we will be visiting identified Schools in different areas will take place as follows:
