Debate on the State of the Province Address and reply by the Premier
Members of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature will this week debate the State of the Province Address (SOPA) delivered by Hon. Premier Pumulo Masualle last week. This two-day Sitting will take place at the Raymond Mhlaba Chamber on Tuesday, 23 February 2016 at 10h00. Following the debate will be the reply by the Hon. Premier on Thursday, 25 February 2016 at 14h15.
