Media briefing session on the CCMA 2018/19 annual report
The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) director, Mr. Cameron Sello Morajane, will on Monday,14 October 2019, brief members of the media on the CCMA’s 2018/19 annual report and performance highlights.
The Director will address the session which will culminate into Q&A session to cover the following:
- 2018/19 annual performance results which exceeded three previous reporting periods
- Expanded jurisdiction of the CCMA, National Minimum Wage Act and Integrated Enforcement considerations for the labour market
- Discretional mandate achievements on Employment Security and Job Saving interventions through s189A facilitation
- Strategic partnerships and social dialogue initiatives undertaken to advance labour market stability
