Career Expo in Soshanguve, Tshwane
Please receive the attached invite to Public Works Career Expo to be held in Soshanguve, Pretoria, on the 9th of September 2016 at the Soshanguve Technical High school, block L. The Expo will start at 9h30 – 14h30.
The purpose of the Expo is to expose and provide career guidance opportunities to grade 10, 11 and 12 pupils to enable them to make informed career choices when they complete their matric and subsequently enrol for their tertiary education.
The department is committed to adhering to its mandate of addressing the shortage of scarce skills by increasing and capacitating the country’s scarce skills expertise, therefore contributing towards job creation, youth empowerment and poverty alleviation. This commitment also helps enhance and prepare the learners for their future careers by increasing their job prospects when they enter the competitive job market.
