South Africa and Algeria cultural seasons programme launches in Algiers
The Department of Arts and Culture in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture in Algeria will tomorrow, 24 February 2017 launch the first leg of the South Africa Algeria cultural season at the Palais of Culture in Algiers. South Africa Ambassador in Algeria, Mr Dennis Dlomo is expected to deliver a keynote address.
The cultural seasons is a cultural exchange platform that is aimed at showcasing South Africa’s artistic talent to the world, strengthen cultural and people-to-people relations and lay a basis for expanded trade for South African products.
The opening night programme will include OR Tambo, craft, culinary and design exhibition as well as exhilarating performance by Soweto All Stars and Micasa.
