Inter-Ministerial Committee to meet in Durban on the preparations for 21st International Aids Conference

The Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) on the 21st International AIDS Conference chaired by Minister Jeff Radebe will on Monday, 13 June 2016 hold a meeting to discuss the preparations for South Africa to host the conference in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The IMC will following its meeting visit the Durban International Convention Centre to check the level of preparedness for hosting this international event.

The Ministers are convening to ascertain the level of preparations and will conclude the activities with the hosting a media briefing to report on the state of readiness.  South Africa will host the 21st International AIDS Conference from 18 to 22 July 2016 in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
