Jacob Zuma presented the State
of the Nation Address (SoNA) to a joint sitting of Parliament
on 14 February 2013.
He touched on. among others, economic growth, violence
against women, the land question, infrastructure development and
corruption. President Zuma also talked about youth
empowerment, appealling to the private sector to absorb the 11
000 FET graduates who have not yet found work. An accord on youth
employment incentives will be signed with business later this
month.
