SAPS celebrate and award excellence for distinguished dedication and commitment
The South African Police Service (SAPS) will be holding its first annual National Excellence Awards, to be celebrated annually, this year. The purpose of the awards is to give effect to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the SAPS, by providing recognition to employees for excellent and extraordinary performance toward the enhancement of service delivery.
Employees at all levels, as well as Reservists throughout the country, who have excelled and rendered distinguished services, will be rewarded for their excellent performance.
The Deputy Minister, Ms Maggie Sotyu will deliver the keynote address at this event and will be supported by the National Commissioner, General Riah Phiyega who is the host of the event.
