Public Protector to commemorate Human Rights Month in Piet Retief
Public Protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela will on Thursday, 27 March 2014, lead her office in commemorating Human Rights month in Piet Retief. The event will be held under the theme “Administrative Justice is a Human Right.”
The Public Protector will also use the event to bring the services of her office closer to the people of Piet Retief and surrounding communities. She will be accompanied by a team of investigators to take complaints about any government service or conduct from the public. Complainants are urged to bring supporting documents to assist in investigations.
