Members of the media are invited to public consultation and a media briefing of a new Employment Service Bill, 2010 and the amendments of Labour Legislation on 31January 2011, at Turffontein Race Course from 10h00 to 13h00. Media briefing will start at 13h30. The public consultation will provide an opportunity to members of the public and stakeholders to make comments on the amendments that are being proposed and to seek clarity where necessary.

- Labour Relations Amendment Bill, 2010
- Basic Conditions of Employment Amendment Bill, 2010
- Employment Equity Amendment Bill, 2010
- A new Employment Services Bill, 2010:
The public consultation starts at 10h00 to 13h00 in Turffontein Race Course, followed by media briefing.
