President Zuma arrives in Seychelles

President Jacob Zuma has arrived in the Republic of Seychelles to attend Madagascar mediation talks under the auspices of the SADC Troika on Politics, Defence and Security.
The SADC Madagascar mediation talks are being managed by the Troika comprising South Africa, Zambia and Tanzania. South Africa is the chair of the Troika. In September 2011, a roadmap was signed by ten of the eleven Malagasy stakeholders.
