The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) invites members of the media to a stakeholder workshop to be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on 16 to 17 September 2010.
The two day sector workshop will deliberate on the draft sector plan of the department and also interrogate the challenges facing the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors.
The workshop will also dissect thorny sectoral issues such as equity and transformation, equitable growth and competitiveness, environmental sustainability and governance.
