Whether her department has granted any (a) exceptions and/or (b) relief for compliance to the requirements of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA), Act 28 of 2002, (i) in favour of or (ii) in relation to (aa) the state-owned mining company African Exploration Mining and Finance Corporation (AEMFC) and (bb) any other mining company; if not; what is the position in this regard; if so, in each case, what are the (aaa) exceptions with reference to the relevant section of the MPRDA, (bbb) relevant details with regard to the exceptions and (ccc) reasons for granting such expectations and/or relief?
