KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sibusiso Ndebele has congratulated the Springboks for
their victory against England in the Rugby World Cup final yesterday (20
October 2007).
"On behalf of the government and people of KwaZulu-Natal, we are indeed
extremely proud of the spectacular performance by the Springboks
(AmaBhokobhoko) and, particularly, the fact that a number of the players hail
from the province of KwaZulu-Natal. The Boks can raise their heads high as they
bring the trophy home. I also want to commend the spirit of unity displayed by
the entire South African nation," said the Premier.
