Postponement: Women in Local Government Conference

Due to some peculiar combination of circumstances, the Women in Local
Government Conference, scheduled to take place from 27-29 August 2006 in Port
Elizabeth, has been postponed.
According to the new arrangements, the conference will now be held on 14 and
15 September 2006.
