Opportunity Road Show

The Gauteng MEC for Economic Development, Paul Mashatile will launch the
Gautengâs Economic Opportunities Road Show tomorrow in Ivory Park. The purpose
of the road show is to provide residents of Gauteng with economic information
but most importantly; to shed light on information and opportunities that can
allow them to participate effectively in the economic mainstream.
This follows a successful launch of two most important provincial policies:
the Growth and Development Strategy (GDS) and Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment (BBBEE) policy. These are action-oriented policies aimed at halving
unemployment and reducing poverty by 2014.
The Economic Opportunities Road Show launch will take place as follows:
