The North West Department of Local Government and Housing will on Thursday,
10 August 2006, host a workshop which is aimed at educating the contractors and
developers on the importance of registering their housing projects with the
National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC).
The workshop is also aimed at explaining the required norms and standards
for a proper housing structure.
The workshop will be attended by representatives from NHBRC, contractors,
developers, project managers and officials from local municipalities.
