The Gauteng Department of Health would like to state that the water supply has being restored at Natalspruit hospital.
The water supply shortage affected mainly the theatres last week and was caused by a burst pipe outside the hospital.
Officials from the Department of Infrastructure Development (DID) attended to the problem and this has since been resolved and all services are running as normal.
The department would like to thank the hospital users for their patience and understanding during this period.
The hospital would like to reiterate that no major disruptions occurred at the hospital during this time and service delivery as well as patient care was not compromised.
