The Water and Sanitation Innovation and Technology Solutions Exhibition that was set to take place on Friday, 19 October 2018 has now been moved to 09 November 2018 and the venue will be communicated once it is confirmed.
The exhibition, themed “Innovations today for tomorrow’s water and sanitation solutions” will be officiated by Minister Gugile Nkwinti and is set bring together more than 50 exhibitors across the country showcasing their innovative solutions to the current challenges faced by the water and sanitation sector.
In addition, it will bring together stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector, government departments and their entities in the sector responsible for uptake such as municipalities, industry, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD); and organisations responsible for commercialisation.
A platform will be afforded to emerging innovators from the historically disadvantaged backgrounds, with the focus geared towards women and young innovators in the sector.
They will showcase their work and share experiences of the innovation landscape to date.
