Twelve policemen attached to the Bellville Crime Intelligence Unit will appear at the Bellville Magistrates Court tomorrow on multiple charges ranging from murder, attempted murder, theft, kidnapping, common assault and assault with intent to commit grievous bodily harm, and defeating the ends of justice.
These charges relate to the alleged kidnapping and murder in 2009 of 24 year old Sidwell Mkwambi and the kidnapping, assault and torture of his friends, Siyabulela Njova and Mthuthuzeli Rantaoleng as well as other witnesses.
