Thandi Memela, Deputy Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP), will act as the Chairperson of the NCOP until further notice, owing to the untimely death of Busisiwe Milanzi, daughter to the Chairperson of the NCOP, Mninwa Mahlangu.
Ms Milanzi died in a car accident yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, 3 August in the Lephalele area, Limpopo.
She is survived by her husband, Richard, two sons and parents, Nomaswazi and Mninwa Mahlangu
