Cape Town International Airport has been rated the “Best Airport in Africa” in the Airports Council International (ACI) 2012 Airport Service Quality Awards (ASQ). This is the third year in a row Cape Town International has received this award.
The Airports Council International Airport Service Quality Awards are the airline industry's most prestigious accolades. The Awards recognise airports that have achieved the highest passenger satisfaction ratings in the Airport Service Quality survey, the world's benchmark measure of airport excellence.
