The South African Reserve Bank confirms that it has received a request from shareholders, signed by Mr Mario Pretorius, for an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the bank. The request was received on Wednesday, 21 April 2010.
The matters raised in the letter are receiving the attention of the bank. We will respond to Mr Pretorius.
