President Jacob Zuma has appointed South African Reserve Bank's Dr Xolile Guma as Senior Deputy Governor, effective from 29 May 2010, after consultation with the Governor of the South African Reserve Bank, Gill Marcus.
The appointment recognises Dr Guma's experience and his many years of valued service to the bank.
