It is with great shock and sadness to learn of the passing on of former President of the Republic of Zambia, HE Frederick Chiluba, today 18 June 2011.
Our hearts and prayers go out to the Chiluba family, government and the people of Zambia during these difficult and trying times of the loss of their son and leader.
