A shooting incident involving three South African National Defence Force (SANDF) members ensued at Air Force Base Bloemspruit in the early hours of 1 September 2013.
A member has been fatally wounded, another critically shot, but is in a stable condition in hospital and the suspect is in custody. No further details can be disclosed at this time, until there necessary procedures have been followed.
The circumstances leading to the shooting are being investigated.
