Following the decision of the Presiding Officers to conduct an investigation into the salary advance of R186 000 received by the Secretary to Parliament, Mr Zingile Dingani, the Secretary and the Chief Financial Officer, Mr Leslie Mondo have requested and have been granted leave pending the investigation with effect from 26 March 2012.
For this period the current Deputy Secretary to Parliament Mr Michael Coetzee has been appointed to act as the Secretary to Parliament until further notice.
