DPE clarifies engagement with China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) representatives
The Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) has confirmed that an official of the DPE met with the representatives of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) and was given a presentation from CCCC.
The presentation was not made to the Minister. However, the department will obtain further information on the alleged proposal so that the matter can be considered, in accordance with appropriate regulations, by the Transnet Board.
