- Journalists, who are not members of the Parliamentary Press Gallery Association, wishing to have access to the National Assembly Chamber’s press bays during the debate on President Jacob Zuma’s State of the Nation Address and the President’s reply.
- Photographers wishing to photograph in the National Assembly Chamber or in the precinct during the debate and the reply.
- Media wishing to broadcast from the Parliamentary precinct.
Details required are: Full name, ID/passport number, name of media organisation, designation (writer, photographer, for example), telephone number, and cell phone number.
Media wishing to broadcast from the Parliamentary precinct should also provide:
Make of vehicle(s), registration number(s), number(s) of vehicles, other equipment and time of arrival.
The events will be held as follows:
Debate on State of Nation Address - Tuesday, 15 February and Wednesday, 16 February
President replies to debate - Thursday, 17 February from 14h00
