President Jacob Zuma has wished all worshipers of the Christian faith in South Africa a happy warm Easter Holiday and a happy Pesach to the Jewish community over the long weekend.
"This is the time when Christians celebrate the triumph of the Holy Spirit over the earthly world and we therefore wish all the members of this community the goodwill and warmth of this season," said President Zuma.
"We further appeal to all those who will be using our roads to drive carefully at all times, obey the rules of the road and save lives," the President added.
