President Jacob Zuma has, on behalf of government and all South Africans, wished all road runners participating in the 2014 Comrades Marathon from Pietermaritzburg to Durban on Sunday 01 June 2014 a wonderful and successful race.
"South Africa is proud to host this annual road race that is renowned for its spirit of humanity and togetherness and we wish all participants a healthy and incident-free race. May the best runner win,” said President Zuma.
