President Jacob Zuma has appointed the Minister of Labour, Ms Mildred Oliphant, as the Acting Minister of Public Service and Administration until further notice.
This follows the sad passing of Minister Roy Padayachie in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, yesterday morning.
