President Jacob Zuma has arrived back in South Africa, following a successful visit to Tanzania and Uganda on 21 to 22 December 2014.
The President held talks with His Excellency President Jakaya Kikwete in Dar es Salaam this morning, 22 December and later with His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni in Kampala.
President Zuma has described the consultations as "fruitful and helpful" and said he had obtained wise counsel from the two leaders.
He said they will continue working together in the pursuit of peace and stability in the African continent.
