President Jacob Zuma has, in terms of section 175(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, appointed retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Justice Robert Wolseley Nugent to act as a Judge of the Constitutional Court for the period 3 November to 30 November 2015.
President Zuma has wished Justice Nugent all the best in the fulfilment of this critical national task.
