President Zuma has, according to section 3 of the South African Law Reform Commission Act, 1973 (Act No 19 of 1973), appointed Honourable Judge Mandisa Muriel Lindelwa as a member and Chairperson of the South African Law Reform Commission, and Honourable Judge Jody Kollapen as a member and as Vice-Chairperson of the Commission for a period of five years.
The President has congratulated the two on their appointments, and wished them well in their new roles. The remaining commissioners for the Commission will be announced in due course.
