The Presidency takes strong exception to the comments attributed to University of the Free State Vice-Chancellor Professor Jansen that the Presidency lies when it provides the media and the public with updates on the condition of former President Nelson Mandela.
This is a serious accusation that casts aspersions on the integrity of the Presidency.
Professor Jansen should prove his allegation or retract.
