Premier’s Service Excellence Awards 2009/10

Theme: “Awarding Excellence in Service Delivery”

The cycle for the Premier’s Service Excellence Awards (PSEA) 2009/10 has started. The awards are designed to promote a customer friendly service delivery process among Government’s delivery units. The awards are also designed to inform the public of government’s commitment to improving services to communities in terms of the Batho Pele.

The Northern Cape provincial government initiated the awards to recognise, encourage and motivate public service delivery units within the provincial government to continuously improve government services. The ultimate goal is to provide service at a level comparable with national and international best practices.
