The Independent Complaints Directorate (ICD) invites possible witnesses that can assist in the investigation of the shooting and subsequent death of Mr. Rean Ramdin (29). Mr. Ramdin was allegedly shot and killed by a police officer in the early hours of last Saturday in Boksburg soon after he was arrested for being in possession of drugs.
