Parliament has confirmed October 30th 2019 as the date for the Medium Term Budget Policy Statement (MTBPS), at the request of the Minister of Finance.
The shift in the date from the usual week of 23 October has been necessitated by international commitments by both the Minister of Finance and President Cyril Ramaphosa.
