President Jacob Zuma has asked two Cabinet Ministers to officially represent him and government at the memorial and funeral services of distinguished historian and academic Professor Ben Magubane.
The memorial service will be addressed by the Minister of Higher Education, Dr Blade Nzimande and the funeral service by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr Jeff Radebe.
