The North West Provincial Government has conveyed its condolences to North West Premier Mme Thandi Modise who is mourning the death of her elder sister, Naledi Molete who is to be buried in Mahikeng on Saturday.
Molete’s funeral service is to commence held as from 7h00 at the Unibo Chapel in Mmabatho before proceeding to the local cemetery.
This is obviously a trying time for the Premier as the untimely loss of her sister coincides with the ANC National General Council Policy Conference in which she carries enormous organisational responsibilities as the Deputy Secretary General of the ANC.
The provincial government trusts that the Premier and her family will find solace in knowing that the people of the North West Province share in their grief and pray that the Lord grants them strength and fortitude during this period of sadness.
Molete is survived by three children, two grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers. She passed away at Bophelong Provincial Hospital last Wednesday after a long period of illness.
