North West Legislature Committee on Local Government to Meet Batlhaping ba ga Mothibi over redetermination of provincial boundaries
Today, 20 March 2018, the North West Provincial Legislature’s Portfolio Committee on Local Government and Human Settlement will hold an oversight public meeting with communities under Batlhaping ba ga Mothibi tribal authority over redetermination of the provincial boundaries in Sekhing village tribal hall at 14h00. The meeting will afford the communities who wish to be relocated to the neighbouring provinces to make inputs on matters of service delivery, places of doing business and transportation as the most significant reasons for requested relocations.
The Department of Local Government and Human Settlement and Greater Taung Local Municipality will also attend the meeting.
