The National Council of Provinces has agreed to a resolution extending the reporting deadline of the ad hoc Committee dealing with the Protection of State Information Bill [B6B – 2010] to 17 May 2012.
The ad hoc Committee’s initial reporting deadline was 8 April 2012.
