The Department of Basic Education wishes to announce the start of the National Senior Certificate supplementary examinations. 101 078 full time candidates have registered to write the supplementary examinations across the country. These include:

Candidates across the country are writing their examinations in 1156 centres. The examinations will end on 24 March 2011.
