The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has noted the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) judgement and wishes to state that we stand by Advocate Mokotedi Mpshe’s decision and remind all that these were preliminary issues with no direct impact on his decision not to prosecute.
We will however consult with our Counsel to reflect on all the issues raised in the judgement and determine the way forward.
