After consultations on 16 October 2013 the Judge President of Northern Cape, Judge Frans Kgomo, the Defence and the Prosecuting teams in the Griekwastad murder trial, mutually agreed to postpone the case on 21 of October to the 4 of November 2013 for the resumption of the trial.
The trial is expected to run for the whole of November, with additional dates in December if required. The minor accused faces three counts of murder, one of rape and one of defeating the ends of justice
