Mr Clayson Monyela has today, Wednesday, 1 December 2010, started his duties as the Deputy Director-General for the Branch Public Diplomacy at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO). This follows the announcement by Cabinet after its meeting in Pretoria on 24 November 2010.
